Key Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Source and identify top candidates for exciting roles.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ fit.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process with feedback and guidance.
- Work towards achieving targets and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

- Recent Graduates or 6+ Months Sales Experience
