Our Client – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Focusing on the financial services, they work with professionals in private equity and hedge funds. They value autonomy over your own work, and so if you hit your targets and bill for the company, they will let you do your own business development and do the whole process yourself. They are looking for individuals with grit and energy to bring into the office and earn some serious cash for both them and the company.
The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Day to day – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- As a sales-based role, you will be sourcing both your clients and candidates through networking, cold calling and building trusting relationships
- You will negotiate deals with the client and conclude what percentage of commission you will receive
- You listen and understand what they are looking for as an employee and then you go and find them!
- This is done through advertisements, LinkedIn, networking, and cold calling
- You will undergo the interview process and hopefully place your candidate!
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Charismatic and personable
- Thick skinned with a bit of grit
- Experience working in a client facing role alongside or after education (part-time, internships, placement year, full-time work)
- Competitive and ambitious
- Money motivated
- A quicker learner
- A good communicator
- Hard-working, with evidence
