The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This company is the leading recruitment firm in the commodity trading space. They place trading and sales professionals; these deal sizes are huge due to their salaries being higher than most, therefore you will be making deals that are 90k+ each time. With our client offering a generous commission structure of 50% with no threshold, you could be taking home a large paycheck each month. If you are ambitious and work hard, there is no reason for you not to become a top biller within a few years of being in the industry!

- 27.5k base with a raise to 30k once promoted
- 50% commission structure with no threshold
- Work from home 1 day a week when promoted to consultant

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales based role sourcing clients and candidates enabling business development
- Cold calling, headhunting, networking, LinkedIn
- Negotiating contracts and understanding the wants and needs of a client
- Building your own business by having autonomy over your work from day 1
- Organising interviews and guiding through the process
