The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Established in 2018 and already tripled in size, our client is one of the leading finance recruitment firms in Europe. With offices in London, Frankfurt, Edinburgh and Cardiff, they’ve developed so much as a company that they want to take on the US next. With their top biller making 700k billings, you will be personally taught all the tips and tricks in order to be as, (if not more), successful as they are. All you need is an ambitious and driven personality who wants to see the commission roll in. Work hard and there is no doubt you will see it pay off!
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with a commission structure of up to 40%
- One to one training from the top biller
- Early finish Fridays
- Promotion within 5-6 months if hitting targets
- WFH 1 day a week once promoted to consultant
- Holiday Incentives to places such as Prague, Marbella, and Paris
- Casual dress
- Office in the centre of London
- Newly renovated office with bar and gym
- Quarterly team incentives to the theatre, The Cube, restaurants and drinks
- Whole office ski trip in February
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast paced sales role that aims to make successful placements with both client and candidate
- Headhunting, advertising, cold calling and LinkedIn to find candidates and clients to work with
- Studying the market and giving advice on hiring/moving company
- Organising interviews and guiding the candidate through the interviews by giving tips on how to answer questions

- Incredibly financially driven
- Degree educated with 2:1 or above
- Sales experience
- Strong communication skills
