- 28k base with 30% commission structure
- 1-2 days work from home once promoted to consultant

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Revising the market you work within and offer expertise to clients
- Negotiate the terms you work with them and understand what they are looking for out of a candidate
- Source and screen the candidate through cold calling, headhunting, using LinkedIn and advertising
- Giving tips on how to answer questions in interviews
- Make successful placements
The Perfect Person for this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with 2:2 or above
- Sales experience – client facing, door to door, B2B, B2C
- Strong willed and determined
- Competitive
- Confident
- Chatty and personable
- Articulate
