Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
From your first day, you’ll receive comprehensive training designed to fast-track your success. This includes hands-on workshops, mentorship from industry leaders, and ongoing one-to-one support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing top talent using databases, LinkedIn, and innovative recruitment strategies
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate screening to placement
- Attending client meetings to understand their needs and refine recruitment strategies
- Networking with industry leaders to build relationships and market knowledge
- Conducting market mapping to stay ahead of industry trends
- Crafting creative, attention-grabbing job adverts
- Building your own personal brand to stand out in the industry
