The Benefits: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base salary with the opportunity to rise to 30k once promoted
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- Promotion to consultant within 5-6 months
- Work from home 1-2 days a week once promoted to consultant
- Annual holiday incentives – LA, New York, Dubai, Ibiza, Albufeira
- One to one training by the directors
- Monthly socials with the team to restaurants, mini golf or theatres
- In-office bar
- Offices in New York and London
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Learning your market and offering your knowledge to clients
- Negotiate with the client and do business development
- Sourcing the candidate that fits the clients’ criteria by headhunting and cold calling
- Taking the candidate through the interview process and help them get placed by giving them tips for interviews
- Make a successful placement!
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 6 months sales experience OR degree educated with 2:1 or above
- Empathetic
- Resilient
