The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is a well-known recruitment firm specialising in placing tech professionals from junior to director levels into the top businesses in the industry. Focusing on both the US and UK market, you will have the opportunity to learn both markets and even work your way to a possible relocation to the New York office. This company are looking to onboard fresh graduates who are looking to kick start their career and prove they are driven and motivated to be as successful as they possibly can be.
The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with 35% commission and no threshold
- One to one training from the top billers and managing directors
- Classroom training once a week to top up your knowledge on the market
- Quarterly socials with the team – Winter Wonderland, Musicals, Bottomless Brunch
- Work from home 1 day a week once promoted to consultant
- Holiday incentives when hitting targets to places such as Mallorca, Ibiza, Mykonos and Paris

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building your network through business development and onboarding new clients by offering your expert knowledge on the market
- Sourcing the candidate that they are looking for via headhunting, LinkedIn, cold calling and advertising
- Gaining a strong and lasting relationship with both clients and candidates by successfully placing the candidate. This is done by organising all the interviews and giving them tips on how to succeed
