- £27.5k base salary with On Target Earnings in year 1 of £55k+
- A trainee last year took home £78k earning two promotions in that time

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing Candidates: Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and actively search for talent via job boards and LinkedIn
- Client Engagement: Develop new business, manage client relationships, and understand hiring needs
- Job Advertising: Write and post job descriptions to attract suitable candidates
- Placement Process: Match candidates, arrange interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up with all parties
- Administrative Tasks: Update CRM, track KPIs, and prepare recruitment
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and salaries
