The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This recruitment firm dominates the tech space, placing C-suite tech professionals into their dream jobs. With offices in London, Cardiff and Frankfurt, they are looking to expand their team with some new graduates who are financially driven and want to work hard to succeed in their new career. With a newcomer in their industry billing 300k in their first year, they are looking for similar individuals who are motivated to earn big money and fast. Career progression is something they value highly and so most consultants will get promoted within 6 months of being in the industry.
The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 26k base salary with a raise to 28k once promoted to consultant
- 35% commission structure with no threshold
- 28 days paid holiday + birthdays

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast paced sales role negotiating with both candidates and clients to make successful placements
- 360 recruitment – end to end – doing your own business development and sourcing clients; understanding what they want out of an employee (candidate); sourcing that candidate via headhunting, advertising and cold calling; taking them through the interview process and making a deal
- 180 – just sourcing the candidate and guiding them through the interview process
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above from a Red Brick university
- Sales experience such as client facing or B2B
- Confident social skills
- Charismatic and chatty
- Resilient – won’t give up when it gets tough
- Competitive – against yourself and others
