Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Generating new business opportunities
• Writing and posting creative job adverts
• Reviewing CVs to identify top talent
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates
• Interviewing and preparing candidates for client interviews
• Working towards targets to maximise your commission potential

What You Need to Succeed 

• University Degree
• Highly motivated and financially driven
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A competitive mindset, especially when working towards targets
• Hardworking, resilient, and eager to learn
