The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Starting up in 2018, this client has grown their team from 5 to 50 heads, enabling them to tackle the US market, and now dominate the financial recruitment space. They build relationships with the most important individuals in the industry, creating valuable knowledge and experience for their consultants. They have gained over $10 million in investment since starting up and are now dominating the US market. Our client is looking to expand their team as they have already doubled in size since starting up.
The Benefits: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary of 27.5k as well as 40% commission with no threshold
- Holiday incentives – if you hit your targets and thrive in the industry, you will be rewarded with team trips away to places such as Barcelona, Dubai, Greece or Italy
- One to one training from some of the top billers in the industry, who are billing 7 figures for the company

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- You will be building relationships with both clients and candidates in order to gain their trust and help them through the interview processes
- Through headhunting, advertising, networking and looking through CVs on the database, you will be finding the best suited candidate for your client
- By developing your working relationship, you can then negotiate the terms of the contract, including the deal size and the commission structure
- This sales-based role will allow you to have complete autonomy over your own work, allowing you to have control over your work load and earning potential
