- £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (consultants earned £95k in their second year!)

- 0–6 months: Resource Consultant
- 6–18 months: Recruitment Consultant
- 18 month’s–3 years: Senior Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Generating new business opportunities
- Writing engaging adverts for job roles
- Screening and identifying strong CVs
- Interviewing and preparing candidates for client interviews
- Building and nurturing relationships with both candidates and clients
Requirements for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- A university degree with a 2:2 or higher (alternatively, 6+ months of sales experience)
- Strong motivation to succeed and a drive for financial rewards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A competitive edge—particularly those with a sporty background
- Resilience and a strong work ethic
