What You’ll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Researching and identifying new clients to generate business opportunities
- Writing engaging adverts for job roles
- Screening CVs and identifying strong candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Working hard and earning commission from day one
What You Need to Succeed as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- A 2:2 degree or higher from university OR at least 6 months of sales experience
- A strong motivation to succeed and a drive for financial rewards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and a proactive work ethic
- Outstanding time management skills
