The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

This company has expertise in the FinTech industry. Based in London with a brand-new and stylish office, this recruitment company is continuously expanding and is looking to hire motivated and resilient graduates looking to get into the recruitment industry. With their top billers achieving 700k last year, this job opportunity is not one to miss! They will train you one on one so that you can have a great understanding of the market and thrive in the industry.

The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 26k base salary with a rise to 28k once promoted
• Commission structure of 40% with no threshold
• No KPIs – meaning you will have complete autonomy over your own work
• One to one training from the best in the industry – this will help guide your skills and knowledge so that you thrive efficiently and successfully
• Quarterly team incentives – you and your team will be treated to meals out, pub trips, and city visits
• Gym membership
• Annual holiday abroad – if you hit your target, you will get a paid for holiday to places such as Barcelona, Greece, Portugal and Dubai
• WFH 1-2 days a week once promoted to consultant and hitting targets
• Casual dress
• Early finish Fridays

What you will be doing day-to-day: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• As a sales-based role, you will be sourcing both your clients and candidates through networking, cold calling and building trusting relationships.
• You will negotiate deals with the client and conclude what percentage of commission you will receive.
• You listen and understand what they are looking for as an employee and then you go and find them!
• This is done through advertisements, LinkedIn, networking, and cold calling.
• You will undergo the interview process and hopefully place your candidate!

• Experience working in a client facing role alongside or after education (part-time, internships, placement year, full-time work)
• Competitive and ambitious
