The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £26k, rising to £28k after your probation period
- Uncapped commission structure scaling to 45%, seeing your OTE in year one hit £55k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development (cold calling)
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring priorities and business plans
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, and getting referrals from your network
- Interviewing candidates, matching them with clients, and managing the whole interview process (scheduling, prepping, passing on feedback etc.)
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
- Following any business leads through speaking with clients and candidates
- Building up your online brand and network, whilst working towards personal business targets
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Experience working in a client or customer facing role
- Financial drive and desire to earn over a basic salary
- Ambitious and looking to progress quickly in a role
- Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile for your clients
