The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll leverage your sales experience to build a career in recruitment. Working closely with senior consultants, your role will include:

• Researching and identifying potential candidates and clients
• Reaching out and pitching opportunities to high-calibre candidates
• Winning new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
