The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Your day-to-day responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
After training with a senior mentor, you’ll become an expert in recruitment. Your typical tasks will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Writing engaging job adverts
- Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
- Negotiating business terms and maintaining successful client relationships
- Hitting and surpassing set targets
- Earning commission and celebrating your achievements!
What we’re looking for – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals who are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Recruitment is challenging, but it’s also highly rewarding for those willing to put in the effort. Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 6 months of B2B sales experience, OR
- A 2:2 degree or higher, OR BOTH
- A strong desire for success and financial gain
- Competitiveness, determination, and resilience
- Excellent communication skills
