The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of innovative methods
- Supporting senior team members with day-to-day tasks
- Conducting research to identify and shortlist top talent
- Attending client meetings and industry networking events
- Building your personal brand and professional reputation
- Gathering and sharing market intelligence
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with both candidates and clients
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate or relevant sales experience
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning
