Your Role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
Starting as a recruitment consultant, you’ll work towards becoming a senior consultant. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Attending client meetings and negotiating terms
- Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
- Building and nurturing both candidate and client networks
