The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Founded in 2024, this start-up are looking to expand as they continue to grow. Focusing in the Private Equity and Investment Banking space within the US markets, which is very lucrative.
Set up by an individual with over 15 years’ experience within the industry and experience building out successful teams you’ll be in safe hands!
Gain training directly from a $2 million biller, who will provide you with all the tips and tricks to be successful within the industry. You’ll be put in front of clients from the get-go and even get invited on our company wide trip to New York for client meetings which take place twice a year!

- £26k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £50k+
- Exceptional commission structure all the way up to 50% with no threshold – allowing you to earn from everything you bill!
- Shifted work hours, 11am-7pm!
- Winter and summer holiday incentives – with destinations this year including Marbella and New York in January
- 25 days holiday plus a two week lock down over the Christmas period
- Early finishes on a Friday!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Business development
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with the clients
- Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
Headhunting candidates
- Sourcing candidates
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing candidates
- Guiding them through the whole interview process and providing advice/feedback along the way

- Degree educated or relevant sales experience
