The Business – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

They source the top level of Software, Engineering, and DevOps talent across the UK and the US, and deliver into a range of fields such as Finance, FMCG, and Corporates.

- Starting salary of £28k rising with each promotion
- Uncapped commission scaling to 40%

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Meeting clients to build relationships and understand hiring requirements
- Sourcing talent through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and matching with clients
- Managing the interview process including preparing candidates and delivering feedback
- Negotiating contracts and salaries
- Building your personal online brand
The Requirements
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above OR experience working in a sales-based role
- Confidence speaking with a range of high-level individuals both on and off the phone
- Financial drive to earn well over your basic salary
- Desire to progress quickly in your career and develop your skills
- Naturally competitive
