The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This company works within the commodity trading space, placing trading and sales professionals into the sector. The fees in this industry exceed 90k; with a commission structure of 50% with no threshold, you could be earning 6 figures within a few years of being in the industry. Our client started up in 2018 and has since tripled in size. They are continuing to grow their team and take on new graduates that are keen to start their career in recruitment. - 27k base salary – increasing to 32k once promoted

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Client meetings – discussing candidates, the market and what you can offer as an expert in the field
- Interviewing qualified candidates for the job role
- Sourcing potential new clients and candidates through LinkedIn, advertising, cold calling and headhunting
- Organising schedules of both client and candidate in order to have smooth interview processes
- Negotiating contracts and commission structures
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree educated from a top 50 university with a 2:2 or above
- Sales experience
- Charismatic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Driven and highly motivated
- Resilient
- Committed
