You’ll gain exposure to £1 million pound billers in order to hit the ground running and create your own success. We will provide you with all the building blocks to be successful and with the right attitude you can see yourself as a manager in as little as 3 years!

- £26k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k
- The current CEO joined as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in 2008 and worked his way up!
- Recently turned over £55 million – with 110 employees, 22 divisions and 13 managers

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is the process of finding and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. It involves:
- Job Definition: Defining the role, qualifications, and skills needed.
- Sourcing: Attracting candidates through job boards, social media, or referrals.
- Screening: Reviewing resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
- Interviewing: Assessing candidates through interviews or tests.
- Selection: Choosing the best candidate based on fit and qualifications.
- Offer and Negotiation: Presenting a job offer and negotiating terms if needed.
- Onboarding: Integrating the new hire into the organisation.
