Working within hedge fund recruitment, this company’s average bill fee is a whopping 200k, meaning your earning potential can skyrocket to 55k in your first year very easily. With 2 days working from home, this company values work life balance, but they want to see their new hire put in all their energy into becoming successful in the industry.

- 27k base salary with opportunity to negotiate
- 30% commission structure with no threshold

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Researching the market and offering your knowledge to your clients
- Doing your own business development and finding clients to work with
- Understanding what they’re looking for out of a candidate and then sourcing that candidate through LinkedIn, cold calling, advertising and headhunting
- Giving tips to the candidate during the interview process so they get placed successfully
