As their top biller is doing 400k+, you will be taught by the best of the best in the company. The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 26k base salary with the opportunity to rise to 30k once promoted
- 40% commission structure with no threshold

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Undergoing your own business development and finding clients to work with
- Negotiating the deal with them and sorting the contract
- Analysing the market and finding a candidate through cold calling, LinkedIn, headhunting and advertising
- Guiding the candidate through the interview process, helping them get placed by giving them tips on how to succeed
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Salesy – ideally good experience with B2B, B2C, cold-calling
- Confident
- Chatty
- Articulate
- Sporty – competitive streak
- Resilient
