What is the Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through cold-calling and sales techniques
- Building and maintaining client relationships through attending client meetings
- Writing and posting job adverts onto job sites such as Reed, Milkround etc.
- Screening CV’s
- Interviewing candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews, and general guidance through the interview process
- Making deals and getting your commission!
Who are YOU – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our clients are looking for determined, ambitious, and hard-working individuals to join their team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential (e.g., working with commission, working towards targets, cold calling)
- Language speaking is a bonus! (French, German, Dutch)
- Money-motivated
- Confident – you will be speaking with clients daily
- Resilient
- Self-starting/can-do attitude
