About the Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Since their inception in 2018, this firm has grown to a thriving 80-member team across London and Bristol, with plans to launch in the US by the end of 2025. They’re looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding London office, working alongside industry leaders, including a Director who personally bills over £1,000,000 annually.
About the Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
If you’ve got a proven track record in sales and are ready for the next challenge, this role is perfect for you. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be:
- Sourcing top-tier tech candidates through headhunting and job adverts
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from interviewing candidates to negotiating offers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients
- Using your sales skills to close deals and grow your network in the tech market
What You’ll Bring – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Proven success in a sales or commercial role, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Confidence in building relationships, both over the phone and in-person
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset ready to succeed in a competitive environment
- A business-level proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a plus
