The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary of £26,000 rising to £28,500 after your first promotion
- Industry leading commission structure up to 45%
- OTE in year one of £55k, year two £70k
- First promotion after 6 months, and another after a year
- The opportunity to grow your own team after 2 years at the company, which you can also earn commission off
- Wellbeing fund to be spent as you choose – Spotify, gym membership, etc.
- Yearly holiday abroad if on target – Dubai, Cancun, The Alps etc.
- Monthly team nights out on the company card
- Pension and healthcare scheme
- 30 days holiday per year + bank holidays + birthday off
- 2 days WFH per week
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Writing and posting job adverts to job sites
- Interviewing potential candidates and putting them forward for interviews with your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Being the middleman throughout the process and ensuring you gather feedback from both sides
- Negotiating fees with clients and negotiating contracts for your candidates
- Following any business leads
- Making deals and earning commission!
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
- Experience working alongside education in a part-time role
- Or a background working in a fast-paced client/customer facing industry
- Can-do attitude and not afraid to put themselves out there
- Competitive and wanting to be successful
- Team player
- Financially driven
