Key Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.
- Candidate Sourcing & Assessment: Use various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking) to attract top talent, and screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary and contract negotiations between clients and candidates.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and identify recruitment strategies that give clients a competitive edge.
