The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing candidates by headhunting, networking, advertising and looking through the CV database
- Guiding the candidate through the interview process
- Informing the client on the current market
- Attending networking events and client meetings
- Negotiating contracts with the client and discussing commission structures
What We Look For: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated OR sales experience – such as B2B, client facing, door to door, tele sales
- Ambitious and money driven
- Confident
- Strong people skills
- Competitive at heart
- Resilient
