You will work closely with your manager who will offer 1-1 mentorship throughout your career, and help you develop all the skills needed to become a successful recruiter and earn well over £50k in your first year.

As networking is at the forefront of the business, you genuinely will get the chance to meet with clients, unlike a lot of other firms.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Conducting cold calling to win new clients and business
- Source candidates through networking, advertising, and headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and creating shortlists for your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidates
- Achieving and exceeding targets
- Building your online presence
- Making placements and earning commission!
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 in any discipline
- Previous work experience (e.g., part-time work, internships, etc.)
- Competitive outlook
- Career and financially driven
- Confident speaking to a range of individuals both on and off the phone
- Resilient
