Specialising across Data & AI/ML, Cloud & Cyber security, currently working with 11 of the top cloud companies in the world, 4 companies where the founders have had $3-$15 billion dollar exits and 4 of the fastest growing B2B Software AI Companies!!
With a combined 15+ years in the field, they’ve identified the primary pain that VCs, Founders, and Execs experience in securing the right early-stage AE and SE GTM talent.
Since inception less than 12 months ago they have already established an international office in Austin, Texas and are already generating in excess of £2million!
What’s it in for you as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Competitive base salary of £27.5k that goes up to £32.5k after 6 months
- Commission structure that goes up to 30% of what you generate for the business
- 37 paid holidays a year (25 fixed, 4 wellbeing days (1st Friday of every new quarter) and bank holidays)
- 4 x incentive trips per year (1 presidents club, usually Dubai or skiing) and 3 European trips (Mykonos, Ibiza, South of France) for Q1,Q2 and Q3. Plus the usual lunch clubs and other incentives
- Grown the team to 10 currently and looking to triple the headcount by the end of 2025
- An entire L&D training programme for graduates with 15 different modules across delivery and business development
- They have hired 3 associates/grads with zero recruitment experience, 1 of which has billed total revenue of £158,000 since Feb 1st
What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Speaking to candidates and generating market intelligence
- Interviewing candidates for their suitability to a role
- Writing tailored adverts to post online
- Identifying candidates to Headhunt
- Business Development – cold calling companies
- Building strong relationships with clients to maximise ongoing delivery of candidates
- Making deals and celebrating with the team!
What they are looking for in their next Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 from a top University
- OR high level shown in a B2B target driven environment
- Communication skills – as you will be speaking to very high level individuals in the People & Change industry
- Organisation – must show high levels of organisation as you will be spinning multiple plates at once
- Highly Competitive – must have excelled at a reasonably high level in some form of a sport or hobby
- Life Skills – Travelling, Volunteering etc.
