The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Based in the heart of central London, specialising in the crypto, software development and business change. Founded in 2015, they have surpassed every milestone set out for them, with international expansion plans in the works for 2025. Working with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Coinbase Global, Deloitte and DELL.
A 12-week training program is provided to allow you to develop all the necessary skills to facilitate your movement through the ranks of the company. A company that believes learning never stops, which is why you will have a senior individual designated to you at the beginning to help with any issues/worries you may have
The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £26k base salary with on-target-earnings in your first year being £65k+ – figure from average earnings for individuals in their first year between 2021-23

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with the clients
- Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
- Headhunting candidates
- Sourcing candidates
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing candidates
- Guiding them through the whole interview process and providing advice/feedback along the way

- Hardworking
- Results driven and willing to put the work in to achieve success
- Degree educated or relevant sales experience
- Financially motivated
