Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Source and engage top talent through innovative methods
- Support senior candidates in their job search
- Conduct research to identify and shortlist the best candidates
- Attend client meetings to understand their needs
- Participate in networking events to build industry connections
- Develop your personal brand within the industry
- Stay informed on commercial trends and market insights
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2024 graduate (or previous experience in sales)
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Natural curiosity and a keen interest in current events
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ambitious and resilient with a positive mindset
