What’s in it for you as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Competitive base salary of £27-£30k DOE
- OTE in first year of £60k-£70k with some consultants earning £100k +

Day to Day Role– Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- CV Review: Review resumes submitted by candidates for open positions. Identify potential matches based on qualifications and experience.
- Phone Screenings: Conduct phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit. Provide information about the company and position.
- Client Meetings: Meet with hiring managers or clients to discuss job requirements, candidate profiles, and the overall recruitment strategy. Address any questions or concerns.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create or update job postings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates. Craft compelling job descriptions.
- Networking: Attending industry events, webinars, or connecting with potential candidates on professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure everyone has the necessary information and logistics.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates. Assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organisation.

- 1 year + of a target driven environment where you have demonstrated overachieving
- Financially driven
- Examples of being resilient and being able to bounce back
- Able to take on feedback continuously + develop on that feedback
- Confidence with speaking to high end candidates and clients
