You will be working alongside an incredibly impressive team, who have all earned over £50k in their first year. The Directors of the business set up the company 10 years ago, as they wanted to build a more collaborative and socially responsible firm.
You will join the Financial Services desk and focus on sourcing the best C-suite talent across the Hedge Fund and Investment Banking markets. Your focus will be mainly UK-based, but 20% of their client base is in the US, meaning you will have exposure to businesses abroad.
The company is built on collaboration, so the training and support are like no other. You will have a personal mentor who will help you with your day-to-day and weekly coaching sessions from the Partner of the business. - Starting salary of £26k, rising to £28k after 6 months
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 35%

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to win new clients
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and using the company database
- Managing the whole interview process and ensuring everyone is up to date with feedback
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Building an online presence and personal brand
- Consistently updating the company database with past/passive candidates
- Closing deals and making commissions!
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (sales, customer service, etc.)
- Competitive – shown through sports, debate, etc.
- Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic salary
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
