The Business – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Founded in 2015 by the two directors, this business has now grown to 21 heads. While their main focus is within software development and testing, they cover a range of niche areas within technology – maximising market coverage and leading to each consultants being true specialists in their area!
With clients across sectors ranging from The White Company and Chambers and Partners, they have truly taken the tech space by storm. This is prime time to join this business as they have truly established themselves and have created a market name. They equally have ambitious plans for growth in the future and are looking for potential leaders who would be interested in growing out teams of their own!
Quirks and Perks – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- The starting salary for this position is £25k.
- With commission, year one OTE is targeted at £40k, year 2 at £60k and in year 3 you would be expected to be hitting six figures due to the uncapped earning potential!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Liaise directly with stakeholders
- Source candidates by headhunting, advertising and networking
- Manage processes between clients and candidates
- Grow and build your network
- Manage and grow the pre existing database
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- A recent graduate in any discipline OR Sales/ commercial experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to think on your feet and manage tricky situations
- A competitive edge
- Demonstrated hard work and resilience in the past
- Motivated and ambitious
