Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Dive into a comprehensive 4-week training academy, blending classroom learning with expert-led sessions. Post-training, you’ll hit the ground running with:

• Sourcing and Qualifying top candidates using innovative methods.
• Creating Impactful Job Ads and attracting exceptional talent.
• Headhunting and Market Mapping to build a robust candidate network.
• Client Engagement: Outsourcing new clients, attending meetings, and presenting briefs.
• Supporting Candidates through the entire process, from interviews to feedback.
• Relationship Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Working Towards Targets and building your personal brand in the industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent university graduate or strong sales experience.
• A relentless work ethic and a passion for success.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A drive to become an expert in your field.
• A proven track record of commitment in any area—whether sports, drama, or music.
