TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Established in 2019, our client is a US-focused company managing construction companies ranging from small contractors to companies that have global revenues of $10 billion and more. They guide the hiring process of project engineers to executive leadership positions. Our client is continuing to expand their team and looking to hire more graduates who can help grow their office.

WHAT DOES A TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT DO
- As a sales based role, you will be sourcing both your clients and candidates through networking, cold calling and building trusting relationships
- You will negotiate deals with the client and conclude what percentage of commission you will receive
- You’ll listen and understand what they are looking for as an employee and then you go and find them
- This is done through advertisements, LinkedIn, networking, and cold calling
- You will undergo the interview process and hopefully place your candidate!
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
- Understanding of the recruitment industry
- Experience working in a client facing role alongside or after education (part-time, internships, placement year, full-time work)
- Hard-working, with evidence
- Competitive and ambitious
- Money motivated and looking to surpass average base salary earnings
