• Base salary of 26k with commission on top after your first few months

• A competitive commission structure OTE 60k in your first year with the ability to be on 90k in your second

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

This involves managing the full recruitment process, from the client acquisition to candidate placement:

• Bringing on active roles – Actively seeking out new client relationships, pitching the services you can provide, understanding their hiring needs and building that long-term partnership.
• Candidate sourcing and screening – Sourcing candidates through various methods, including database searches, networking, referrals and direct approaches.
• Assessing candidate suitability by conducting interviews, reviewing resumes and evaluating skills/experience against job requirements?
• Offer negotiation and placement – Acting as an intermediate between client and candidates, facilitating offer negotiations, discussing salary expectations and addressing any concerns
• Market research and industry insights – Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities
• Job advertisement and promotion – Creating job advertisements tailored to attract suitable candidates

The Ideal Candidate:

• Financially motivated – wanting to earn serious cash

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Degree educated or strong sales experience (e.g. consultancy, placements, sports professionals, graduate schemes, door to door, cold calling)
