Your Role as a Sustainability Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Craft compelling job adverts to attract top talent for ground-breaking roles.
• Source and headhunt exceptional candidates through innovative methods.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from screening to placement in leading-edge companies.
• Drive business growth by following leads, winning new clients, and negotiating terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Expand your industry network by attending events and establishing yourself as a market expert.
• Develop your personal brand and professional reputation.
• Travel internationally to meet with clients and candidates, expanding your global perspective.
