The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Based in the heart of central London, specialising in the crypto, software development and business change. Founded in 2015, they have surpassed every milestone set out, with international expansion plans in the works for 2025. The company work with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Coinbase Global, Deloitte and DELL to name a few.
A 12-week training program is provided to allow you to develop all the necessary skills to facilitate your movement through the ranks of the company. A company that believes learning never stops, which is why you will have a senior individual designated to you at the beginning to help with any issues/worries that you may have

- £26k base salary, with OTE in year 1 of £65k+!!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Headhunting potential candidates through cold calling, LinkedIn, job boards etc.
- Guiding candidates through the whole process, being the middle man between them and the client, negotiating deals and preparing them for the interviews
- Business Development – cold calling new businesses in order to gain new roles to fill
- Production of advertisements to highlight current roles you are working on
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with both clients and candidates
