The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will work alongside the TOP PERFORMING manager within the company, sitting on the Cloud and Infrastructure desk. With clients across the UK and Europe, you will gain incredible exposure to international businesses and build your own network.
Working with clients such as Monzo, Haribo, and Lego, you can see just how successful this company is, and the standard of clientele they work with. This offers amazing exposure to the business world and unmatched networking opportunities.
You will have access to incredible training from both the founders of the business, and also an external recruitment expert who will run workshops with you throughout your career.
The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £28k, rising to £30k after 6 months
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 45%
- Earning potential in your first year of £60k
- Transparent progression pathway from trainee to director (first promotion within 9 months)

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling new businesses and winning clients
- Talent sourcing through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Manging the interview process on both client and candidate side
- Negotiating the right package for your candidate
- Following up on any leads, whether that be potential candidates or clients
- Consistently working towards individual targets
- Building your network on LinkedIn
- Updating the company database with new information
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Previous work experience – working in part-time roles, internships, office settings etc.
- Confident speaking with high-level stakeholders
- Driven to build a successful career
- Excellent problem-solving skills
