TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

This is to help guide your path to success within the company. Starting as a trainee recruitment consultant, your drive, skills and commitment could lead you to an eventual managing director.
Potential Earnings: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Year 1 OTE – 40-60k: Year 2 OTE – 60-80k: Year 3 OTE – 80-100k+

Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organisations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline.
- Experience working in a client facing role alongside or after education (part-time, internships, placement year, full-time work).
- Understanding of the recruitment industry.
- Hard-working, with evidence of going above and beyond.
- Naturally competitive with the drive to be the best you can be.
- Financially motivated and looking to earn more than a basic salary.
