With a main focus on the financial services, this firm is an expert at what they do. They have quickly shot to the top of the leader-board when it comes to reputation within the market, with plenty of repeat-business and inbound interest.
Their focus is on placing CFO’s into the top Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms across the globe, with a huge success rate. They are currently 40-heads big in their London office, and want to build out offices in both the US and Asia, which they will support any consultant in doing.

- Starting salary of £30k, with an OTE in year one of £55k-£70k

What is the ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
- Winning new clients through business development
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients through client meetings
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, cold-calling, and networking
- Interviewing candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews and passing on feedback within a timely manner
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates and closing deals!
- Building up your own online brand and creating content relevant to your market
Who is the IDEAL CANDIDATE to become a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
