What You’ll Be Doing: The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role

Your role will be diverse, challenging, and rewarding. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Sourcing Top Talent – Utilise a variety of methods to find the best candidates.
• Supporting Senior Consultants – Assist with day-to-day activities and learn from the best.
• Research & Longlisting – Identify and shortlist the perfect candidates for the job.
• Client Meetings & Networking – Get in front of clients and build your network.
• Building Your Personal Brand – Stand out in the industry and become a trusted expert.
