Your Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Client Engagement: Identify and pitch to new clients, attend meetings, and secure deals
- Talent Sourcing: Head-hunt top candidates through LinkedIn, job ads, and our extensive database
- Creative Ads: Craft compelling job advertisements to attract the best talent
- Networking: Attend events to grow your network and establish yourself as a market expert
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates from the first call to job offers, ensuring a smooth process
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates for future success
Who We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
