The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on a structured training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful recruiter. You will work closely with experienced consultants, learning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage with high-calibre candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Support senior consultants in managing client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions.
- Assist in market research and mapping to identify new business opportunities.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
