Situated in central London, you will begin as a trainee recruitment consultant and will be provided with extensive training to fully understand all the tricks of the trade. The benefits you’ll receive will include – Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

• £26k base salary, which increases to £30k after 6 months in the company. OTE in your first year £65k
• The highest biller in their first year took home £96k last year
• Holiday incentives – takes place twice a year- previous trips have included New York, Sydney, Paris, and Vancouver
• 25 days holiday plus a two-week lockdown during Christmas

What will the role include – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Cold-calling candidates/clients to gain new leads and opportunities
• Producing advertisements and building up a network via LinkedIn etc.
• Regular meetings with clients to assess the key characteristics that are required
• Understanding your sector and becoming an expert within the field
